Some weeks ago Indonesia has gotten a appreciation as a country that has stability in handle the big problem happened in the world. Indonesia also appreciate as country that has the improvement in supplying food for people. This is show that some efforts have done by government get the result.

Based on some efforts have been done by government why we do not try to implemented one way that has done in some agrarian country. This is by formalizing a board that create in every farming area that can be called as Farming Clinic. This clinic hoped to help farmers in solving their problem around farming process. It must not big room with high technology equipment. It can be small room with simple technology and some experts in it.By this way farmers can get solution about the farming problem such pest handling and the others. They also can watch the improvement of farming sector in an area.

Actually this way has done by some country in the word to get the quality of farming. They are Bolivia, Nicaragua, Bangladesh, USA and many others. They built a clinic that service farmers in order to get better way or do an examination to symptoms in a plant. It is hoped there are much improvement that gotten by farmers who live far away from farming board.

Not only for rice plant, it also can be many plants that can be exam in order to get the other commodities. If today Indonesia get an appreciation in handling rice crisis, by making farming clinic we will get the other commodity of farming.
